Quick Mommy Meals: One Pot Homemade Beef Stroganoff


Okay so if you know me you know I am a total Pinterest junkie!!! The other day I was just fed up with making the same old meals, so I decided to turn to the famous website for some inspiration. I wanted something really easy to make something that reminded me of my childhood, and that’s when I saw the recipe for the one pot homemade beef stroganoff! My family and I hadn’t had stroganoff in over a year. I stopped buying the “Hamburger Helper Stroganoff” I grew up on simply because I don’t like that powdered packet stuff. I would much rather make it on my own and know exactly what I’m putting in my family’s belly. Omg I will forever live by this recipe! It was so good!!! Big hit with both of the boys and myself.
